2025 FALL GIRLS LACROSSE ACADEMY
The Girls Academy is designed to teach new & existing players fundamental skills while building confidence, encouraging sportsmanship, and preparing players for their next season. These sessions run on Thursday’s (only) for the 1st six weeks. Academy sessions provide detailed instruction and repetition to help develop skills and understanding of the game. Participants will practice and scrimmage against other players their own age and ability.
GIRLS DIVISIONS:
Girls – U11 (Grades 3-5), U13 (Grades 6-7), JV (Grades 8 & up)
LOCATION:
Flagler Grove Park – Pinecrest, FL
SESSION INFO (DATES):
THURSDAY’S beginning September 18
Sep 18 – Oct 23 (6 sessions)
PRACTICE TIMES:
6:00-8:00 PM
ACADEMY FEATURES:
– Individualized instruction.
– Emphasis on stick skills and stick handling.
– Controlled scrimmages.
– Teaching offensive & defensive skills and proper field positioning.
– All skill levels welcome.
GENERAL INFO:
– Players must be an active USA Lacrosse Member. (Click here to become a member)
– No refunds after the 1st night.
EQUIPMENT:
– Players must provide a lacrosse stick, goggles & mouthpiece.
