2023 GIRLS ACADEMIES
Academy Sessions are split into (2) 6 week sessions. Sessions focus on teaching the fundamental skills of girls lacrosse while building confidence, encouraging sportsmanship, and preparing our players for their next season. Each session is full of detailed instruction and repetition to help develop skills and understanding of the game. Participants will practice and scrimmage against other players their own age and ability.
GIRLS DIVISIONS:
Girls – U11 (Grades 3-5), MS (Grades 6-8), JV (Grades 9 & up)

Flagler Grove Park – Pinecrest, FL

Session 1: Tuesday & Thursday. 12 Practices (Sep 12 – Oct 19)
September 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28
October 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19
Session 2: Tuesday & Thursday. 12 Practices (Oct 24 – Dec 7)
October 24, 26
November 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 28, 30
December 5, 7
*No practices on Halloween & Thanksgiving
PRACTICE TIMES:
6:00-7:00 PM | U11
7:00-8:30 PM | MS & JV
ACADEMY FEATURES:
– Individualized instruction.
– Emphasis on stick skills and stick handling.
– Competitive scrimmage sessions.
– Teaching offensive & defensive skills and proper field positioning.
– All skill levels welcome.
GENERAL INFO:
– All players must be an active USA Lacrosse Member. (Click here to become a member)
– No refunds after the 1st practice.
EQUIPMENT:
– All players must provide a lacrosse stick, goggles & mouthpiece.
UNIFORM:
All players receive reversible jersey.

$275 U11 / $375 MS & JV (Per Session)
