PROGRAM DETAIL:
LITTLE LAXERS
This is a very fun, welcoming environment for players learning the sport. The class turns learning into games. Players are briefly taught a skill and then improve on that skill thru various games like lacrosse tag, sharks and minnows, steal the bacon, hungry hungry hippos, and aiming contests. Players advanced for their age may get invited to play in an older group.
GAME PLAY
Our special “Game Play” Training is a perfect mix of high repetition learning and having a blast playing games! After a brief skill warm-up, we run through small-sided game play progressions – developing IQ for reading numbered scenarios like 2v1s, 2v2s, 3v2s, 3v3s, 4v3s and 4v4s. The last 30mins of every session ends with GAMES. Fun, competitive games that players love. Players will be separated and challenged appropriately according to skill level. Advanced players may get invited to play with the older group.

TRAINING ACADEMY
Our Training Academy combines individual skill development with competitive gameplay in a fun, high-repetition environment. Each 90-minute session splits into 30mins of stick skills, 30mins of 1v1 offensive and defensive techniques, and 30mins small-sided game concepts and competitions. Players are grouped by skill level to ensure appropriate instruction, challenging competition, and maximum development.

– Players must be an active USA Lacrosse Member. (Click here to become a member)
– No refunds after the 1st night.
EQUIPMENT:
– Players must provide a lacrosse stick, goggles & mouthpiece.
